"Healing and Rebuilding Together"
The Me & You Too (MY2) Family Trauma Recovery Program is a trauma-responsive, multi-generational initiative to help children and their families rebuild their lives after trauma. We use literacy and play as vehicles to foster parent-child connection, stabilize emotions, build coping skills, and provide access to much-needed resources. The program integrates evidence-based trauma recovery strategies, emotional resilience training, parent coaching, and therapeutic activities that promote safety, empowerment, and healthy attachment.

The MGB Empowerment Fund was launched in memory of brothers Marcellus M. and Geremi D. Brooks. It is an initiative that empowers youth and young adults by addressing educational, economic, and personal development barriers that limit long-term success. Through mini scholarships and mentoring, participants receive access to guidance, encouragement, and accountability from caring adults committed to their growth.
A core component of the program is its focus on entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. Connecting them to the opportunity for exposure to business fundamentals, goal-setting, and problem-solving skills, as well as access to entrepreneurial scholarships and micro-funding support to pursue post-secondary education, vocational training, or business ventures.
