Building a Life Beyond Trauma
This program is a personal development and workforce-readiness program that equips women to move beyond crisis to self-sustainability. A significant component of the program is helping women rebuild their identity and self-worth, reconnecting them with their strengths, values, and passions beyond the trauma. Through affirmations, self-love practices, and the re-examination of their identity, participants will be encouraged to create a future vision of themselves that is free from the limitations of their past experiences. Empowerment is another crucial aspect, where participants will be guided in setting boundaries, building resilience, and creating goals that align with their best selves.
Throughout the program, future vision and goal setting will help participants chart a course for their lives, focusing on career, relationships, and personal development. This process will break larger goals into actionable steps, providing accountability and ongoing support.
Coaching methods will include personalized 1:1 sessions, workshops, webinars, and group coaching for community support, where participants can share their progress and stay motivated. Journaling and reflection prompts will be provided to facilitate ongoing introspection.

The Women-Led Nonprofit Accelerator Project is a six-week, trauma-informed partnership initiative between Healing Lives Fellowship, Inc., and Kingdom-Focused Funding.
It’s a capacity-building initiative designed to equip women from under-resourced communities—many of whom are trauma survivors with the tools, mentorship, and strategic guidance necessary to launch or grow a sustainable nonprofit organization or social enterprise. These women are rising from adversity not only to rebuild their own lives, but to “pay it forward” by addressing issues such as domestic violence, homelessness, food insecurity, and mental health disparities in their communities.
It also provides scholarships for organizational strategy, fundraising, and sustainability efforts.

Vision to Provision is a Kingdom-aligned funding strategy and project designed specifically for women-led churches and faith-based organizations seeking to transform their community outreach from vision to sustainable impact.
This capacity-building initiative is a Spirit-led partnership between Healing Lives Fellowship, Inc., and Kingdom-Focused Funding, created to respond to the scriptural mandate found in Matthew 25:31-40. In this passage, Jesus highlights the eternal significance of meeting the needs of the hungry, the thirsty, the stranger, the sick, and the imprisoned—underscoring that service to "the least of these" is service to Christ Himself.
Through Vision to Provision, faith communities are equipped to do just that.
